RESTYLANE® INJECTIONS – WHAT TO EXPECT:
Using an ultra-fine needle, Restylane® is injected in small doses into the skin around the mouth.  There will be little swelling and bruising since there are no incisions – so there is no downtime involved. Mineral camouflage makeup can be applied so you can return to normal activities soon after your treatment.  Our clients often return to work after treatment since this is a convenient “lunch hour” treatment.   Men and women alike benefit from Restylane injection treatments.

Restylane® Post Treatment Instructions:

1. There will be some redness and swelling for about 7 days.
2. Avoid sun bathing and cold outdoor activities until it is all gone.
3. Avoid touching the treated area for 6 hours post treatment.
4. Avoid exercise and alcohol for 6 hours post treatment.
5. Avoid taking aspirin, aspirin containing products or ibuprofen before and after treatment – for several days.
6. Be sure to keep your follow-up appointments.
