Skin Cancer - Lower Eyelid:
This patient had a large skin cancer near her eye and nose. Closure can result in something called ectropion or a droopy eyelid. We can minimize poor outcomes by hiding the incision in natural lines on the face such as the junction between the nose and eyes. This is a one staged procedure called a flap. Note you can see the scars but because of planning they are less visible due to placement.
