Nicole recently joined Dr.Goldman’s team as his aesthetician. She brought with her over a decade of knowledge, enhanced skills and much experience. These have served her and hundreds of clients very well - due to her proven track record in providing excellent patient care.
Prior to joining Dr. Goldman’s team, Nicole spent 8 years working with Dr. Spencer and Spa/PCSDC. She received expert one-on-one training in many procedures, technologies, products, age-related issues as well as classroom education and certification programs. Nicole had more than the usual training while pursuing licensure– since she was personally trained by a physician in nearly every area. This was in addition to the required training received for certification courses and practical experience. She also worked for Tranquility Salon and Spa before coming to work with Dr. Goldman.
Nicole has an excellent knowledge base concerning age-related issues, pre-cancerous skin disorders, the many grades of Acne and effective treatments, Laser rejuvenation and vascular lesion and lentigo treatments, Mohs micrographic surgery, post-surgical skin treatments for results enhancement. Her additional training and experience in Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy and Natural Remedies, advanced Anti-Aging treatments and much, much more, have enabled patients to relax and confidently entrust their care to Nicole.

Tammy Nester, Secretary
Tammy has been a vital part of the administrative support staff at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center for over 2 decades (22 years). Tammy has lived in the Winston-Salem area all of her life – so becoming a part of this medical community was a natural event. She joined the Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery when Dr. Goldman joined the medical staff at Wake Forest University Medical Center. Tammy has worked in the key role as Dr.Goldman’s clinical assistant - surgery scheduler. She also works with patients as the office insurance coordinator. Working with patients to coordinate their surgical procedures requires excellent organization skills - while making sure all needed insurance information is submitted on behalf of each patient requires a special personality and much patience! Tammy’s winning personality endears her to our patients and is reassuring to them that they are in qualified, capable hands.

Nancy McCarter, Patient Liaison
Nancy was born in California and moved here many years ago. She came on staff at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in February, 2006 to work with Dr. Goldman’s team. Nancy is an integral part of the staff as she schedules all appointments for our aesthetician, Nicole, and Dr. Goldman. She is also responsible for ordering and managing clinical inventory and stock. Before coming to work at Wake Forest, Nancy had several years of cumulative experience working with plastic surgeon. These attributes have made her especially invaluable to the Wake Forest University Medical Center community and particularly to Dr. Goldman’s staff. Patients appreciate Nancy’s warm personality and carring skills when working with them.
